REFUND POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our classes. We want to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience when discovering, evaluating and purchasing our training course content, whether for online or classroom training courses.
As with any online shopping experience, below are some terms and conditions that govern the refund policy. By purchasing a training course on the Edu Eyrie India website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and the points outlined below.
CANCEL AND REFUND : ONLINE CLASSROOM LEARNING
Edu Eyrie India, reserves the right to postpone/cancel the event due to poor health of the instructor or unforeseen events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situations like COVID-19, etc.).
- Refunds will not be accepted if you have attended an online classroom training for more than 1 day or if you have missed / downloaded the course content from the course portal.
- There will be no discounted classes.
- There will be no fee for tie up courses held at an academic institution.
- Refunds are not applicable to degree programs. All nominations and payments are complete and final.
- No refunds will be given if delegates are unable to attend a given event.
- If the amount is refunded, the amount of tax is not credited.
- If students wish to return to an instructor-led online class for a purchased course and if their batch is unavailable in the near future, the maximum refund applicable in that case will be cash 10% of the total paid.
- If for any technical reason students are unable to access a video or recorded self-paced lesson and have already attended the entire lesson through an instructor-led online course, in that case , no refund is applicable or a can be provided with a voucher for the amount equivalent of the 10% amount paid by the learner at the time of enrollment.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 business days, after each such request has been reviewed and approved.
CANCEL AND REFUND: SELF-PLACED LEARNING
- There will be no refund for Self-Paced classes.
- No refunds will be given and access will be cancelled , if ever the received course is shared with others / multiple users or the intention to buy the course is to write articles/ articles/ articles containing and accounting simultaneously.
Please note - Any dispute, difference, or question arising at any time between the parties hereto or any person claiming thereunder relating to or relating to this Agreement or its subject matter shall be submitted to sole arbitration preference of the first party , the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The venue of the trial will be Gurugram (Haryana). All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram (Haryana), India.
